Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We use DHL as our primary shipping partner for UK, European and International orders. Each order is tracked and signed to ensure transparency and traceability over the delivery process.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have ordered your objet. When you objet is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you on its dispatch status along with a unique tracking number allowing you to follow the path of your beloved objet to your delivery destination.


DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to deliver all objets with the following timeframes:

UK Delivery: Next Business Day

European Delivery: 1 to 2 Business Days

International Delivery: 2 to 6 Business Days

Once your objet is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or text from DHL with your unique tracking details. Our partners will provide you with an expected delivery day. They will attempt to deliver your objet up to 3 times. If they fail to deliver your objet and it is returned to us, we will charge you for a second delivery shipment.

We provide complementary expeditated shipping on all orders. 

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

For orders from the UK and Europe, all applicable taxes and duties are already included in the original product cost. However, please note that for international orders placed outside the UK, you will be responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and associated fees. These charges must be paid directly by you, the customer.

The amount of customs fees, duties, and taxes can vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs agency to obtain details regarding estimated costs. Regrettably, as a small business, we are currently unable to cover these charges.
