Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We use DHL as our primary shipping partner for UK and International orders. Each order is tracked and signed to ensure transparency and traceability over the delivery process.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have ordered your objet. When you objet is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you on its dispatch status along with a unique tracking number allowing you to follow the path of your beloved objet to your delivery destination.


DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to deliver all objets with the following timeframes:

UK Delivery: 1-3 working days following dispatch

European Delivery: 2-7 working days following dispatch

International Delivery: 2-11 Working Days following dispatch

Once your objet is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or text from DHL with your unique tracking details. Our partners will provide you with an expected delivery day. They will attempt to deliver your objet up to 3 times. If they fail to deliver your objet and it is returned to us, we will charge you for a second delivery shipment.

International delivery will be subject to taxes and duties. 

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

All prices are exclusive of tax and duties. 

Please note: you will be responsible for any import taxes, custom duties and fees incurred on international orders placed outside of the UK. This must be paid directly by the customer. Custom fees, duties and taxes may vary from country to country. We recommend that you check with your local customs agency for details regarding estimated costs. Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to cover these at this stage.

 

RETURNS

Each objet is crafted with love, attention and care. We design each to be cherished forever and to be used everyday by creating each item with the highest quality. If for any reason you would like to return your objet, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please email info@objetsdaso.com. You will need to download and fill-in our returns form if you would like to return an objet. This can be found here. Please see below for finer details regarding return options.
Please note: If you are from outside of the UK (international orders) and would like to return your objet, please mark the parcel as a 'Customer Return'. This is important, otherwise your return will be charged import duties, which will be deducted from your refund request.

In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to info@objetsdaso within 3 business days of receipt.

 

REFUNDS

We can offer you a full refund if the objet is returned in unused condition, contained within its original packaging with protective films attached. Your return would need to be fully tracked and its tracking details sent to info@objetsdaso.com including your reason for refund, order number and full name. The objet will need to be returned within 14 days of delivery.

As a start-up brand, we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage. We therefore kindly ask that you to send it back using tracked postage. Once we receive your return at our studio, we will carefully inspect it to make sure the objet hasn’t been used and is in a good, re-sellable condition. We will contact you directly via email If for any reason your returned objet did not meet our standards. If you have returned an objet that is in un-sellable condition, we will return it to you and no refund would be issued to you. If, for any rare occurrence the returned objet needs to be professionally cleaned before we resell it, the fee will be deducted from any refunds owed.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to accept returns on international orders outside of the United Kingdom or Europe. 

 

EXCHANGES

As we release Volumes in limited numbers through cycles, we cannot promise an exchange, especially if a cycle number is sold out. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you require an exchange documenting the objet you would like to exchange it for. If an alternate objet or colour is available, we will be happy to exchange it. Unfortunately, if an exchange isn't possible, we will refund you for your return (excluding shipping, customs and import duties).

For international customers, we will charge for the delivery of the exchanged item. We are a small business so we are unable to cover this.

 

RETURNED OBJETS

Returned objets that are in 100% perfect condition with protective films will be offered to waiting list customers to ensure every objet has a home.
