Shipping & Returns


We use DHL as our primary shipping partner for UK and International orders. Each order is tracked and signed to ensure transparency and traceability over the delivery process.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have ordered your objet. When you objet is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you on its dispatch status along with a unique tracking number allowing you to follow the path of your beloved objet to your delivery destination.


We aim to deliver all objets with the following timeframes:

UK Delivery: 1-3 working days following dispatch

European Delivery: 2-7 working days following dispatch

International Delivery: 2-11 Working Days following dispatch

Once your objet is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or text from DHL with your unique tracking details. Our partners will provide you with an expected delivery day. They will attempt to deliver your objet up to 3 times. If they fail to deliver your objet and it is returned to us, we will charge you for a second delivery shipment.

International delivery will be subject to taxes and duties. 



All prices are exclusive of tax and duties. 

Please be aware that for international orders placed outside of the UK, you will be responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and fees that may be incurred. These charges must be paid directly by the customer. The amount of customs fees, duties, and taxes can vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs agency to obtain details regarding estimated costs. Regrettably, as a small business, we are currently unable to cover these charges.



Each objet is meticulously crafted with love, attention, and care. We design each piece to be cherished forever and to be used every day, ensuring the highest quality. If, for any reason, you wish to return your objet, we accept returns for domestic orders (United Kingdom and Europe) within 14 days of delivery. The objet must be unused and undamaged.

We offer a full refund if the objet is returned in unused condition, within its original packaging, and with protective films attached. To process your refund, please ensure that your return is fully tracked, and send the tracking details to, including your reason for the refund, order number, and full name. The objet must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage. Therefore, we kindly request that you use a tracked shipping method for the return. Once we receive your return at our studio, we will carefully inspect it to ensure the objet has not been used and is in a good, re-sellable condition. If your returned objet does not meet our standards, we will contact you via email. If the objet is in an unsellable condition, we will return it to you, and no refund will be issued. In the rare event that the returned objet needs professional cleaning before resale, the cleaning fee will be deducted from any owed refunds.

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns for international orders outside of the United Kingdom and Europe.


Due to the limited availability of our Volumes, particularly when certain cycle numbers are sold out, we cannot guarantee an exchange. If you require an exchange, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible and specifying the objet you would like to exchange. If an alternate objet or color is available, we will be happy to facilitate the exchange. However, if an exchange is not possible, we will process a refund for the returned item (excluding shipping, customs, and import duties).

For international customers, please be aware that you will be responsible for the delivery charges associated with the exchanged item. As a small business, we are unable to cover these costs.


Returned objets that are in 100% perfect condition, complete with protective films, will be offered to customers on our waiting list. This ensures that every objet finds a loving home.
