We can offer you a full refund if the objet is returned in unused condition, contained within its original packaging with protective films attached. Your return would need to be fully tracked and its tracking details sent to email@example.com including your reason for refund, order number and full name. The objet will need to be returned within 14 days of delivery.
As a start-up brand, we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage. We therefore kindly ask that you to send it back using tracked postage. Once we receive your return at our studio, we will carefully inspect it to make sure the objet hasn’t been used and is in a good, re-sellable condition. We will contact you directly via email If for any reason your returned objet did not meet our standards. If you have returned an objet that is in unsellable condition, we will return it to you and no refund would be issued to you. If, for any rare occurrence the returned objet needs to be professionally cleaned before we resell it, the fee will be deducted from any refunds owed.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to accept returns on international orders outside of the United Kingdom or Europe.
