We offer a full refund if the objet is returned in unused condition, within its original packaging, and with protective films attached. To process your refund, please ensure that your return is fully tracked, and send the tracking details to email@example.com, including your reason for the refund, order number, and full name. The objet must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage. Therefore, we kindly request that you use a tracked shipping method for the return. Once we receive your return at our studio, we will carefully inspect it to ensure the objet has not been used and is in a good, re-sellable condition. If your returned objet does not meet our standards, we will contact you via email. If the objet is in an unsellable condition, we will return it to you, and no refund will be issued. In the rare event that the returned objet needs professional cleaning before resale, the cleaning fee will be deducted from any owed refunds.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns for international orders outside of the United Kingdom and EEA.
