Shipping policy


We use DHL as our primary shipping partner for UK and International orders. Each order is tracked and signed to ensure transparency and traceability over the delivery process.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have ordered your objet. When your objet is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you of its dispatch status along with a unique tracking number allowing you to follow the path of your beloved objet to your delivery destination.


We aim to deliver all objets within the following timeframes:

UK Delivery: 1-3 working days following dispatch

European Delivery: 2-7 working days following dispatch

International Delivery: 2-11 Working Days following dispatch

Once your objet is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or text from DHL with your unique tracking details. Our partners will provide you with an expected delivery day. They will attempt to deliver your objet up to 3 times. If they fail to deliver your objet and it is returned to us, we will charge you for a second delivery shipment.

International delivery will be subject to taxes and duties. 


All prices are exclusive of tax and duties. 

Please be aware that for international orders placed outside of the UK, you will be responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and fees that may be incurred. These charges must be paid directly by the customer. The amount of customs fees, duties, and taxes can vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs agency to obtain details regarding estimated costs. Regrettably, as a small business, we are currently unable to cover these charges.
